During the reservation period we will provide you with a guaranteed moving-in date and ensure you have all the information you need.
Shortly before your new home is ready, our dedicated new home customer care manager – one of our most experienced team members – will undertake a full review of the property to ensure everything is in order.
Then, just before moving day, he will meet you at your new home to take you through everything you need to know about the property, right down to the way the appliances work – ensuring that the day you arrive the only thing you have to do is the unpacking.
Once you’ve taken possession, our after-sales service team is on hand for those last minute queries and questions.
