A Proud Heritage 

Based in Ruscombe, near Twyford, in the centre of the Thames Valley, we are proud of our reputation as a niche Home Counties housebuilder par excellence.

Founded by Graeme Simpson, who identified a gap in the market for large scale detached quality homes in Berkshire, today the geographical spread of Millgate Homes reaches across Surrey, Hampshire and Kent, as well as ongoing new developments in our home county.

Millgate’s carefully-selected loyal team of skilled craftsmen are all experts in their field and their pride in their work shines through in the quality of everything they do.

With no more than 50 new prestige properties built each year at a small number of premium hand-picked sites, the passion with which our company was founded in 1988 is as evident today as it ever was, and we are safe in the knowledge our customers can be assured of the exclusivity and individuality that comes with buying a Millgate Home.

Millgate’s success has been widely recognised by its peers in the housebuilding industry and its burgeoning trophy cabinet is home to a host of sought-after industry accolades and awards.

Closer to home, we also believe in playing our part to help the local community, which is why we are a long-time supporter of the Berkshire Community Foundation, which provides grants to hundreds of small voluntary and community groups helping local people in need.
